I have painted this old grey house in Kill Devil Hills at least 5 times. A little oceanfront cottage along the beachroad on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. I pass it and remember its shapes and contours fondly, at 35 miles an hour.

You are always so kind with your words, and that french chick is hard to figure. Anyway, interesting story that, Kill Devil Hills, AKA the place rum runners would stach or hide the good stuff. In the hills (dunes) along the outer banks. Bootleg Rum strong enough to kill the devil. Goes nicely with a bowl of yaupan berries. I'm drink tnt, smokin' dynamite.
Another amazing painting. I so envy your lush, rich thick application. I'm hooked.
