I believe that the police departments of Manteo, Nags Head, Kill Devil Hills, Kitty Hawk, Southern Shores, Duck and the National Park Service and the Dare County Sheriff and The North Carolina State Troopers and the Coast Guard would all agree. Its all about safety and protecting you from yourself.
