He stood there being Rude! (The Rude Man)

I think I like to paint these red houses because it gives me an excuse to put red paint on the canvas. Kitty Hawk is a pretty small town. One of the residents shared the story of the old man renting this house one summer. He was put on "high alert" by the local police department. The man was being quite rude out the windows.
