Kill Devil Kittywake

Behind is the Avalon Pier in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. The town puts on a fireworks display every year.on the 4th of July. We all bring lawn chairs and sit together on the beach.  A mixed crowd of faces, Republicans some, Democrats some, here enjoying a summer evening. A tribe shares the beach and shares mounting anticipation.  We sit together on the beach in the dark, waiting to sigh in unison ...."ohhh....ahhhh...".

whats up with that?

I paint most days, I don't blog like I used to. I am so old school. I still take photos with my Olympus and then load them onto this computer, then crop them and then post them. I know there is a better methodology for this, but, like I said, I paint most days.
