This is sort of what my ancient cat "Prissie" looks like. She is 18 years old. yes. 18. She sleeps all the time and is missing a lot of teeth. When she awakes and looks at me with tired eyes, I answer "soon". Oil on canvas 5"X7"  This painting is sold.

This cat can be a real jerk. Sure, I  enjoy the occasional headless songbird as much as the next guy. Shirley, however, was bringing me more than we could really use.  I decided to try a collar and a bell in an attempt to level the field. Later that evening she brought a dead bunny to my studio door and proceeded to sling it's  lifeless body around like a bloody glove made of fine italian leather. When the limp carcess hit the sliding glass door for the second time she looked up at me. "Murder!", I answered.  Oil on canvas 8"X16" This painting is sold.

Faded Lovee(SOLD)

Most people can't make this stuff up. This is "Lovee" the pastel calico that replaced Laverne.  If my neighbor and I were still on speaking terms he would testify. About a year ago my neighbor came to our house. He saw "Lovee" for the first time, however, he knew we already had a calico cat. In astonishment he asked, "..has that cat faded?"
