These chickens have a commanding presence and look like they're off to conquer the world, much like Rick Nilson... If I had $150 right now I'd buy these chickens. But I don't.

The chicken upper right looks as though he is in deep contemplation, hands...er feathers...er...wings! behind his back, head down, pondering pondering pondering...Kind of reminds me a bit of three dads pacing the waiting room while wives are off having babies!...er laying eggs? A truly fun painting, Rick!
