This is my 700th painting. This is a small spit of highground in a sea of saltgrass on the way to Wanchese.

There is such a sense of calm and serenity in this piece, Rick. Odd because I know how absolutely mercurial coastal life can be. Still, so very beautiful and makes me think of a hammock and soft sea breezes.
